Leasing Negotiator

A leading BTR client is looking for a Leasing Negotiator on a 6 months FTC at a large scale development in Birmingham. In this key customer- facing role you will support the full resident journey - from initial enquiry and property tours through to move in.

The role:

• Coordinating online marketing of available apartments
• Metting prospective tenants, conducting viewing, and negotiating rental offers
• Regularly producing letting performance reports to the General Manager.
• Responding to all enquiries in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a fast paced leasing environment.
• Proven success in achieving or exceeding performance targets.
• IT literate
• Strong customer service skills.
