Lecturer - Early Years Specialist

• Hours: 37 per week (Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm)
• Salary: £24 - £26 per hour

We are seeking an experienced Lecturer specialising in Early Years to join our client's Service and Professional Industries department. This role involves delivering units on Study Programmes at Levels 1, 2, and 3 in Early Years, with the possibility of delivery across multiple campuses.

• Deliver educational units on Study Programmes at Level 1, 2, and 3 in Early Years.
• Engage in the delivery of teaching and learning strategies across different campuses as required.
• Utilise effective communication skills in teaching and making presentations to class groups.
• Maintain efficient administration to support good student record keeping.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the curriculum and student learning experience.

• Proven experience in teaching or relevant industry experience within Early Years.
• Minimum of Level 2 literacy and numeracy.
• Qualified FE teacher or willingness to work towards this qualification.
• Strong ability to articulate clearly and effectively in teaching scenarios and presentations.
• Efficient administrative skills for maintaining accurate student records.
