We are seeking a Lecturer in Carpentry to join our educational team. This role involves planning and delivering engaging sessions to adult learners, focusing on the skills required for employment in site carpentry. This position is ideal for someone with practical experience in site carpentry.

• Plan and deliver high-quality teaching in site carpentry skills to adult learners.
• Monitor learner progress, support achievement, and encourage progression into further training or employment.
• Keep up to date with developments in the construction industry.
• Ensure adherence to our Quality Management systems, safeguarding responsibilities, and health and safety practices.

• Industry experience in site carpentry.
• A teaching or assessor qualification is desirable, or a willingness to work towards obtaining one.
• Excellent communication skills and a learner-focused attitude.
