Job Title: Legal Administrator (Temporary)

Location: Slough

Salary: £27,000

Length of Booking: Ongoing (week-to-week) - likely 6 - 12 months

Our prestigious client is look for a bright and capable candidate to support the Claims and Complaints management team. You will log customer complaints onto the system, ensuring the data is entered in a complete, accurate and timely manner, ensuring the documentation is handled and tracked correctly.

This is a delightful team and they are looking for someone with a helpful and positive nature to work alongside them.

In addition to the administrative tasks, there is some call handling for the overflow from the complaints team, so you will need a professional, clear and helpful telephone manner.
