Legal Billing Coordinator

Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a fluent French speaking Legal Biller to join our international law firm client on a temporary basis for around 6-8 weeks. This is a varied and challenging role where you will be based in London but working closely with Partners, Fee Earners and clients in the Paris office. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

Responsibilities will include:

• Producing pre-bills for London and international offices
• Reviewing and editing pre-bills
• Efficiently responding to billing queries
• Ensuring compliance with SRA and HMRC legislation

Requirements:

• Knowledge of 3E software or similar finance position
• Fluent in French
• Experience in billing from a law firm
• Ability to prioritise workload
• Strong communication skills
