Description

• Accurate processing of client and office account transactions.
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts.
• Ensure compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients on finance matters.
• Maintain financial records and reporting systems.
• Support in the management of credit control.
• Participate in ad-hoc finance projects as required.

Profile

A successful Legal Cashier should have:

• A proven track record in a similar role within the professional services industry.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• A solid understanding of Solicitors Accounts Rules.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in using finance related software and MS Office Suite.
