This is for an immediately available Legal Secretary / Legal PA to prove themselves in this busy IP/Tech team.The role will assist a team of fee earners (including Partner) with their busy workload to cover a maternity leaver for minimum 12 months.

Candidates must have at least 5 years Legal Secretary/PA experience at Partner level in a similar environment.

Duties

• Actively manage Fee Earner's diaries
• Extensive global travel arrangements and itineraries
• Manage in-boxes
• Document processing, creating and amending Legal documents and correspondence, proof reading, etc.
• Liaising with Clients
• Manage the billing process
• Deal with expenses
