Legal Secretary

We are currently seeking an experienced Legal Secretary for a short-term temporary position lasting approximately 1-2 weeks. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in conveyancing and audio typing, ready to start immediately.

• Provide administrative support to the legal team.
• Manage correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail.
• Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
• Prepare court forms and statements.
• Perform audio typing and manage legal documentation.
• Assist in meeting preparations and minute-taking.

• Proven experience as a Legal Secretary.
• Experience in conveyancing and proficient in audio typing.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and typing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to work with legal technology (case management software, etc.).
