Are you an experienced Conveyancing Secretary looking for your next opportunity? Our client, a well-established legal firm in Billericay, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join their team on a temporary full-time basis.

• Providing administrative support to the conveyancing team
• Preparing legal documents and correspondence
• Managing client files and handling confidential information
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other third parties
• Diary management and general office duties

• Previous experience in a conveyancing secretary role is essential
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
