Lettings and allocations officer

Your new company
We are currently recruiting for a lettings and allocations officer to work within a housing association based in Warrington.

Your new role You will support the lettings team with new tenant applications and will support with the onboarding process. You will speak to tenants supporting them with the online portal process and will ensure all the correct documentation is back to complete the compliance process. This is a hybrid role, and you would be required to be in the office 1-2 days per week for team meetings and initially for training. You will be required to work from 9-5pm Monday-Friday.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team. You will manage a busy workload and be able to prioritise tasks. You will work for KPIs and be target-driven. You will have excellent communication skills and have good working knowledge of working across various IT systems.
