Are you a proactive and customer-focused individual with a knack for facilities management? This Blackpool Academy is seeking a Lettings & Facilities Supervisor to oversee our thriving after-school activities and weekend lettings.

In this pivotal role, you'll be the main point of contact for clubs and visitors, ensuring a safe, secure, and exceptional experience. From key holding and site security to managing bookings and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, you'll play a crucial part in the smooth operation of our academy facilities.

What you'll do:

• Supervise daily after-school activities and weekend lettings.

• Act as the primary contact for all facility users, resolving queries and issues.

• Ensure the security of the premises as a key holder.

• Maintain a safe environment, enforcing health and safety policies.

• Lead on facility cleanliness and tidiness during external hires.

• Manage booking administration and support financial procedures.
