Lettings Coordinator

This is a varied role in a collaborative team where your organisational skills and property knowledge will be truly valued. Offered as a full-time, office-based position, with one day from home available after probation. The role is initially offered on a temp-to-perm basis. The post holder will thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing setting, supporting lettings activity, marketing, tenant queries, and admin coordination. You’ll be part of a high-performing, close-knit team. We’re looking for someone ambitious, driven, and confident working to high standards with initiative.

• Respond to lettings enquiries from prospective and existing tenants
• Arrange and conduct property viewings with care and professionalism
• Prepare new listings for marketing and update internal key systems
• Manage tenancy administration and input data with speed and accuracy
• Support compliance and admin tasks for the lettings management lead
• Organise team events and maintain strong contractor relationships

• 3+ years’ experience in lettings and property administration
• Excellent written and verbal communication with client-facing confidence
• Highly organised, with strong multitasking and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience using Horizon or Cube is a plus
