Tradewind Recruitment are delighted to be working with a welcoming and inclusive Secondary School in Salford who are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced TA to support students across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping them to achieve their full potential both academically and socially.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide targeted support to individual pupils and small groups within lessons.

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and differentiated learning activities.

• Support students with additional needs, including SEND and EAL learners.

• Encourage positive behaviour, resilience, and independent learning.

• Play a vital role in creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.

We are only able to accept applications from individuals who have previous experience working within schools or educational settings. To be successful, you will need:

• A recognised Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).

• Strong classroom support skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.

• A proactive and flexible approach to supporting learning.

• An enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).

• Competitive daily rate of £90 - £100, paid weekly.
