Job Description:

We are seeking a Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, caring, and committed to supporting the development and well-being of children aged 0-5 years.
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Foster a safe and inclusive environment that promotes learning and development.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Monitor and record children's progress, ensuring their individual needs are met.
• Maintain a high standard of health and safety at all times.

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Paediatric First Aid certification (essential).
• Previous experience in an early years setting is desirable.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for working with young children.
