Engage Education is working with a supportive and inclusive nursery in Chichester to recruit a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their Early Years team from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to support young children at a vital stage in their development within a nurturing and well-resourced school setting.

The Role

• Full-time Nursery Practitioner (Level 3 qualified)
• Supporting the class teacher and wider EYFS team
• Helping to plan and deliver creative, play-based learning activities
• Promoting a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment
• Building positive relationships with children, parents, and staff

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential)
• Previous experience working with nursery or EYFS-aged children
• Passionate about early learning and child development
• Confident, nurturing, and proactive in the classroom
• Committed to safeguarding and supporting all learners
