Early Years Teaching Assistant - Lambeth - September Start

Start Date: September 2025
Location: Primary school in Lambeth, London
Contract Type: Full-time, Term Time Only
Salary: £90-£110 a day - based on experience and qualifications
Qualification Requirement: Level 3 TA or Early Years qualification (or equivalent)

About the role:

• Support the class teacher in delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum

• Assist with planning and implementing engaging activities that promote learning and development

• Provide individual and small-group support to pupils, including those with additional needs

• Help maintain a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment

• Foster positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents

• A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, Early Years Level 3, or an equivalent relevant qualification

• Experience working with children in an Early Years or primary school setting

• A warm, patient and enthusiastic approach

• A commitment to supporting all children to thrive and reach their potential
