• Salary:£90-95 per day, £28,616.00 - £30,285.00 Annually (FTE) TPA 4 / NJC points 2- 7

Are you passionate about supporting children's learning and development? Tradewind are supporting a local Primary School in Croydon seeking a Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant to join their staff.

The role will be to work in class supporting the learning in all areas of the curriculum and supervising the children
at lunchtimes. These posts require individuals with a love of working with children and a commitment to the school's vision of striving for excellence.

These roles are ideal for individuals eager to build experience in education, whether you're a recent graduate, exploring a career in teaching, or already have classroom experience.

Essential skills and abilities:
* NVQ or CACHE level 3 minimum qualification
* Experience of working with children with SEND
* Excellent ICT skills
* Good understanding of child development and learning
* Excellent communication skills

• Support teachers in delivering lessons and classroom activities

• Provide individual or small group assistance, particularly to pupils with additional needs

• Help prepare materials and create a positive learning environment

• Work closely with school staff to support pupil progress and wellbeing
