A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Barnet is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their Key Stage 1 (KS1) team for the 2025/26 academic year. This is a full-time, long-term position with a September start.

Key Requirements:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Proven experience working within KS1
• Experience delivering or supporting Little Wandle or Read Write Inc. (RWI) phonics schemes
• Strong behaviour management skills
• 1:1 experience with pupils, particularly those with additional needs
• Confident supporting children with SEN, including those with EHCPs

Role Details:

• Start Date: September 2025
• Contract: Full-time, long-term (academic year)
• Key Stage: KS1
• Location: Barnet
• Hours: 08:30-15:30
