Level 3 Teaching Assistant for EYFS

Milk Education is recruiting Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support our partner primary school in Runcorn.

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will support the class teacher in the day-to-day running of the classroom, in EYFS. You will work with groups of children and, when required, provide one-on-one support to individual students. This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday from 08:30am to 15:30pm, with a 30-minute lunch break. This role will be starting in September.

• Promote inclusion and acceptance of all children.
• Provide consistent support to children, responding to their individual needs.
• Collaborate with the teacher on lesson planning, evaluation, and adjustments.
• Deliver catch-up sessions to support student progress.

• Relevant childcare qualification (Level 3 or above).
• Recent experience working with children and young people, particularly those with SEND, within the past two years.
• Passion for education and supporting children’s development.
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
• Ability to work under the guidance of the teacher.
