Your Role as a Level 3 TA: As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will take on a more active role in the classroom. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the class teacher to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
• Leading small intervention groups for subjects like phonics, reading, and maths.
• Covering the class for short periods under the teacher's direction.
• Contributing to the assessment and tracking of pupil progress.
• Building strong relationships with pupils and helping them to overcome barriers to learning.

What you will need:

• A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
• Recent experience working in a primary school setting.
• Confidence in leading group activities and supporting pupils with a range of needs.
• A patient, positive, and proactive approach.
• An enhanced DBS on the update service or a willingness to apply for one.
