We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 4 Teaching Assistant to join one of our client Primary schools in the Stoke area. You'll play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school, working closely with teachers to provide a high standard of classroom support and helping to deliver tailored interventions to meet pupils' individual needs.

The successful candidate will:
? Be passionate about supporting children's education and development
? Have a proven ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff
? Be confident in leading small group sessions or covering whole classes when needed
? Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Hold a relevant Level 4 TA qualification (or equivalent)
? Ideally have previous experience working with children in an educational setting
