Job Description - Line 6 Process Operative

Job Title: Process Operative
Location: Thetford
Shift Pattern: Rotating Shifts (Week 1: 6am - 2pm, Week 2: 2pm - 10pm)
Salary: £13.44 per hour
About the Role:
Our client, a leading company in the healthcare sector, is currently seeking a motivated and reliable Process Operative to join their team. The role involves operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring efficient and safe operation of a specific production line. Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production equipment, ensuring consistent and efficient performance.
Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet the company's standards.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and comply with health and safety regulations.
Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on equipment.
Maintain accurate production records and complete all necessary documentation.
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
Participate in training sessions and engage in continuous improvement activities.

Requirements:

Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable.
High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
Basic mechanical skills and an understanding of production processes.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and a proactive team player.
Willingness to learn and successfully complete comprehensive training.
