Systems Advisor (Trainer) - Local Authority | East Anglia | £300 per day (Inside IR35)

Salt Recruitment's Local Government team is looking for an experienced Systems Advisor (Trainer) to support a major IT system implementation within a Local Authority in East Anglia.

This is a critical role in ensuring the successful rollout of a new IT system, with training required for approximately 400 staff. LiquidLogic training experience is essential, and familiarity with EYES would be an advantage.

• Develop training materials and resources, including briefing packs and e-learning modules
• Deliver training sessions to a wide range of staff
• Support change management and user adoption
• Provide virtual floor-walking and post-training support

• Rate: £300 per day (inside IR35, via Umbrella)
• Duration: 12-week initial contract, highly likely to be extended past August 2025
• Working Pattern: Flexible hybrid working
  • Until August: Majority remote working available
  • From August: Onsite attendance required twice per week
