Key Responsibilities:
As the Facility Agent Representative, you will:

• Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of syndicated loan transactions, ensuring smooth communication and efficient processes.
• Support the Team Leader in executing roles and responsibilities, contributing to team success.
• Assist in the development and training of team members, fostering a supportive environment.
• Engage with external advisors, managing cash flows and maintaining essential records for loan agreements.
• Participate in team and group initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and meeting strategic goals.
• Review new agency documents and provide feedback, ensuring compliance with legal standards.

What We're Looking For:

• A solid understanding of banking operations, including loan administration and compliance matters.
• Familiarity with finance documents such as facility agreements and security trusts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
• organised and accurate, with the ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
