Locality Officer – LTD Rate £21.59ph
Location: Bristol
Contract: Temporary, Full-Time
Client: A Leading Housing Association
I'm currently working with a well-established and respected housing provider to recruit for a Locality Officer on a temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact within communities, working closely with residents to deliver customer-focused housing services.
The Role
As a Locality Officer, you’ll be part of a passionate team delivering tenure-blind, proactive, and visible housing management services. You’ll focus on tenancy, lease, and neighbourhood management, working in a specific locality to ensure high-quality, customer-centred outcomes. This role also involves maintaining data quality, collaborating with internal teams, and building strong relationships with local partners.
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, timely, and effective outcomes for residents
• Provide operational housing services including tenancy and leasehold management
• Collaborate across teams to maintain and improve homes and neighbourhoods
• Engage with local communities to shape services and social improvements
• Maintain accurate customer data and ensure regulatory compliance
• Contribute to budgeting and ensure financial standards are met
• Develop a local digital presence and support community engagement
• Build partnerships with Local Authorities and key stakeholders
• Promote a positive culture of health, safety, inclusion, and compliance

About You:

• Experience delivering housing management services within localities
• Strong knowledge of tenancy, leasehold, and neighbourhood management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficient with digital tools and data systems
• Committed to customer service and continuous improvement
• CIH membership (or working towards) is desirable

Rate: LTD/Umbrella - £21.59 per hour
