What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Locum Practice Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality primary care services within GP surgeries. Your responsibilities will include chronic disease management (e.g. asthma, diabetes, COPD), wound care, immunisations & vaccinations, cervical cytology, and providing general health advice. You will also support patients in managing their conditions while working collaboratively with GPs, ANPs, and other healthcare professionals to deliver the best possible outcomes.

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)

• Previous experience working as a Practice Nurse in primary care

• Proficiency in chronic disease management, immunisations, and cytology

• Strong communication and organisational skills

Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role is on an adhoc basis.
