Locum Band 6 CRHT Mental Health Practitioner – High Pay, Flexible Contract in Bristol!

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a CRHT Mental Health Practitioner, you’ll be providing intensive support to individuals experiencing acute mental health crises as an alternative to hospital admission. Working closely with service users, families, and the wider multidisciplinary team, you'll deliver person-centred, recovery-focused care within a fast-paced community setting.

Requirements & Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• NMC registration (RMN) or relevant professional qualification

• Experience working in crisis resolution/home treatment or acute mental health settings

• The ability to work autonomously and within a team in high-pressure environments

• Excellent clinical assessment and risk management skills

Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This is a full-time locum position working across a flexible 24/7 rota, including days, nights, and weekends. The initial contract is for 3 months, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service demand. Travel and accommodation are not supported by the Trust.
