• Rate of Pay: £27-£33 per hour (via umbrella)

Join our client's team as a Clinical Pharmacist in a leading private hospital, where you will play a key role in enhancing patient care. In this role, you will:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments on medical, surgical, and rehab wards
• Create and implement personalised medication plans
• Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Potentially assist with checking in the dispensary
  
  

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A current and valid GPhC registration
• Experience working in hospital wards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
  
  

This role requires availability Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00, with flexibility where possible. The contract is until 5th June 2025, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
