Join a dynamic and supportive team in a well-established private hospital, where your expertise will directly impact patient care. In this ward-based role, you will:

• Provide high-quality clinical pharmacy services across medical and surgical wards.

• Collaborate closely with medical and nursing teams to optimise medication management.

• Ensure medicines are prescribed, dispensed, and administered safely.

• Offer expert guidance on drug interactions, side effects, and best practices.

• Conduct medication reviews and participate in ward rounds to enhance patient outcomes.

• Stay updated on current hospital pharmacy procedures and industry standards.
  
  

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A valid GPhC registration.

• Previous experience in a hospital setting, ideally covering medical and surgical wards.

• Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills.

• A commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
  
  

This is a full-time locum position requiring availability Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00, with a 30-minute break each day. There is no weekend or on-call work. The contract is ongoing, with the potential for extension based on performance and service needs.
