We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (Locum) to support our clients based in Kent, we have a large number of clients within Kent who are regularly requiring locums on short and long term contracts with the majority of roles being hybrid working.

Role Overview:

• Handling a varied caseload of commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and landlord & tenant matters.
• Providing sound legal advice to clients, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
• Managing files from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders professionally.

Requirements:

• 4+ year PQE
• Qualified Solicitor with a strong background in commercial property law.
• Ability to work on a locum/interim basis
• Excellent communication and client-care skills.
• Able to hit the ground running
