Join our supportive Community Neuro Team as a Rehab Assistant and contribute to life-changing care for patients with neurological conditions. In this role, you will:

• Support qualified Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists in delivering specialist rehab interventions

• Deliver lone working sessions under guidance and care plans set by the MDT

• Work with patients on vestibular rehab, cognitive and cognitive-communication rehab, and anxiety management

• Support rehabilitation both in-clinic and in the community

• Maintain clear and accurate documentation on patient progress

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Prior experience working in a rehab or therapy support role

• Familiarity with neurological conditions and community-based rehabilitation

• Experience or confidence in areas such as vestibular rehab, cognitive therapy, and mental health/anxiety techniques

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and follow structured therapy plans

This flexible position requires availability from Monday to Friday and includes lone working responsibilities. The role is ongoing, with strong potential for extension depending on service requirements.
