We are currently seeking a Consultant Forensic Psychiatrist (Locum) to join our multidisciplinary team at a private hospital located near Crawley - a specialist mental health facility in Surrey operated by a leading private provider of mental health services.
About the Role:
* Work within a Male Medium/Low Secure Unit (MSU/LSU) setting.
* Responsible for the care of 12 patients, supported by an experienced Associate Specialist.
* Provide clinical leadership within a supportive and dynamic team environment.
* Contribute to assessment, treatment planning, risk management, and CPA processes.
* The role requires three days per week, including Fridays; other days can be flexible.
About You:
* Section 12 and AC Approved - Essential.
* GMC registered with a valid license to practise.
* Previous experience within forensic psychiatry and secure settings preferred.
* Strong clinical and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to care.
