• Location: Nottingham

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (30-minute break)

• Rate of Pay: £30.00 – £40.00 per hour DOE

Role Overview:

You'll be an integral part of a supportive and high-performing clinical team. Day to day, you’ll take the lead on structured medication reviews, long-term condition management, and proactive prescribing. This position offers autonomy and the possibility of hybrid working after an initial bedding-in period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct medication reviews with a focus on safety and optimisation

• Manage chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and asthma

• Prescribe effectively as an Independent Prescriber

• Work collaboratively with GPs, nurses, and wider MDTs

• Maintain accurate, professional clinical records
  
  

Who We’re Looking For:

• GPhC-registered Pharmacist

• Independent Prescriber (IP) qualification – essential

• Minimum 1 year of experience in general practice or primary care

• Solid clinical knowledge and strong communication skills

• Confident, independent, and ready to make an impact quickly
  
  

Working Pattern & Duration:
This is a full-time post running Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm with a 30-minute lunch break. The role is ongoing and could extend well beyond the initial period based on performance. Flexibility for remote working may be available for the right candidate once established.
