What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our team as an IP Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients with minor ailments and long-term conditions. In this role, you will:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments
• Create and implement personalised care plans
• Prescribe for minor ailments and hypertension management
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
• Maintain accurate patient records

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A current and valid GPhC registration
• Independent Prescriber qualification
• Experience managing minor ailments and hypertension
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This is a full-time locum role requiring availability Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. The contract is ongoing with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
