What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our team as an Independent Prescribing Pharmacist and play a key role in supporting patients in a GP surgery setting. In this role, you will:

• prescribe for hypertension and minor ailments
• carry out clinical screening and medicines optimisation
• support long-term condition management
• collaborate with GPs, nurses, and other clinicians to deliver holistic care
• maintain accurate and compliant patient records

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• GPhC registration as a Pharmacist
• Independent Prescriber qualification
• experience in GP surgery / primary care settings desirable
• strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
• ability to work autonomously and within a team

Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role offers a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. The contract is for 6 months, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
