Locum Litigation Lawyer

Locum Litigation Lawyer – £55 Umbrella – South West - Hybrid Working

Venn Group’s specialist Public Sector Legal team is working with a South West Local Authority who are seeking to appoint a talented Locum Litigation Lawyer to join their team for an initial term of 6 months, subject to likely extension thereafter.

The successful candidate will be a Qualified Lawyer (Solicitors, Barristers and highly experienced CILEX professionals) with recent local government experience (preferably at county or unitary level). The position will involve handling a varied caseload of general litigation matters and conducting advocacy on behalf of the authority. On-site attendance is preferred once per week.

An attractive hourly rate of up to £55 per hour Umbrella is offered for this position dependent on experience.
