What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Medicines Information Pharmacist and play a vital role in supporting safe, effective, and evidence-based patient care. In this role, you will:
• Provide accurate, timely, and well-researched medicines information to healthcare professionals
• Critically evaluate clinical enquiries and advise on the safe and effective use of medicines
• Support clinical decision-making by interpreting complex pharmaceutical data and guidelines
• Contribute to the development and review of local policies, procedures, and formulary guidance
• Maintain comprehensive enquiry records in line with governance and best practice standards

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A current and valid GPhC registration
• Hospital pharmacy experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role requires availability Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch break. The contract is ongoing, with the possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
