Join a dedicated community paediatric team and play a key role in supporting children with a range of conditions. In this role, you will:

• Perform comprehensive assessments within community settings

• Create and implement personalised physiotherapy and rehabilitation plans

• Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise functional outcomes

• Support with discharge planning and onward referrals

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary and family support teams

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Current and valid HCPC registration

• Proven experience in paediatric physiotherapy within community or acute settings

• Strong knowledge of child development and relevant conditions

• Excellent communication and family-centred care skills

• Ability to work independently and manage a community caseload efficiently

This is a full-time locum role with an ASAP start and strong potential for extension based on performance and service need.
