Are you a Band 7 Pharmacist looking for a rewarding locum role in Birmingham?

Join our team as a Band 7 Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of elderly patients on geriatric wards. In this role, you will:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments
• Create and implement personalised care plans
• Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
• Maintain accurate patient records

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A current and valid GPhC registration
• Experience working with elderly patients in a hospital setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

This is a flexible locum position requiring availability for 3–4 days per week. The working hours are 8:30am to 4:30pm, with a 30-minute lunch break. The role is ongoing with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
