• Location: Gloucestershire

• Duration: 3–6 month contract

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm (1 hour lunch)

• Rate of Pay: £35–£40 per hour

Join our team as a Primary Care Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients with long-term conditions and minor ailments. In this role, you will:

• perform comprehensive medication reviews, including structured medication reviews (SMRs)

• independently prescribe treatments for minor ailments and long-term conditions

• create and implement personalised care plans

• collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care

• maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• a current and valid GPhC registration

• Independent Prescriber (IP) qualification – essential

• experience in primary care and treating minor ailments

• strong communication and interpersonal skills

• the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

• a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

This role requires availability Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with flexibility where possible. The contract is for 3–6 months, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
