What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our team as an IP Pharmacist within a GP surgery setting and play a key role in supporting patients with long-term conditions and minor ailments. In this role, you will:

• assess, prescribe and manage patients with hypertension and minor ailments
• conduct comprehensive medication reviews and optimise prescribing
• work autonomously while supporting GPs and the wider MDT
• deliver evidence-based interventions to improve patient outcomes
• maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• current registration with the GPhC as a Pharmacist
• independent prescribing qualification
• prior experience working in a GP surgery or primary care setting
• strong clinical knowledge in hypertension and minor ailments management
• excellent communication skills and ability to work within an MDT

Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role is full-time, 5 days per week on-site. The contract is ongoing with strong potential for extension based on performance and service needs.
