What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our team as an IP Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients in a busy GP surgery setting. In this role, you will:

• perform comprehensive patient assessments

• manage minor ailments and conduct hypertension screening

• prescribe independently in line with your clinical competence

• deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes

• collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care

• maintain accurate patient records using EMIS and SystmOne

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• a current and valid GPhC registration with Independent Prescriber status

• previous experience in GP practices, using EMIS and SystmOne

• confidence in managing minor ailments and long-term conditions like hypertension

• excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• the ability to work independently and collaboratively

• a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This full-time locum position runs Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. The role is ongoing with strong potential for extension based on performance and service requirements.
