• Duration: 6 months

• Schedule: 5 days per week

What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our team as an Independent Prescriber Pharmacist and play a key role in supporting GP services. In this role, you will:

• conduct structured medication reviews for patients

• provide safe and effective prescribing within scope of practice

• collaborate with GP teams to optimise patient outcomes

• maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• a current and valid GPhC registration as a Pharmacist

• Independent Prescribing qualification

• experience using EMIS clinical system

• experience in medication reviews and prescribing in primary care

• strong communication and interpersonal skills

• the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

• a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This is a full-time position requiring availability 5 days per week. The contract is for 6 months, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
