Are you an IP Pharmacist looking for a rewarding locum role in London? We have an exciting opportunity for you!

• Job Title: Prescribing Pharmacist

• Location: London

• Duration: Ongoing contract

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 17:30 (37.5 hours per week)

• Start Date: April/May

• End Date: Ongoing

• Rate of Pay: £33 - £40 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our client's team as a Prescribing Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients in a GP practice setting. In this role, you will:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments

• Create and implement personalised care plans

• Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care

• Maintain accurate patient records

• Prescribe medications independently in accordance with clinical guidelines

• Conduct medication reviews and optimise patient treatment plans

• Provide expert advice on prescribing and medicines management within primary care

• Support patients with long-term conditions through appropriate medication management~
  
  

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A current and valid GPhC registration

• Experience working in primary care / GP practices

• Independent Prescriber qualification (essential)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

• A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
  
  

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role is a full-time Monday to Friday position (9:00 – 17:30, 37.5 hours per week) and requires availability on-site. The contract is ongoing, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
