Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (30-minute break)
Rate of Pay: £30.00 – £40.00 per hour DOE

Position Overview:
You’ll be a vital part of a dynamic clinical team, delivering structured medication reviews, managing chronic conditions, and ensuring safe, effective prescribing practices. This is a forward-thinking practice that places a strong emphasis on collaborative working and quality-driven patient care. Hybrid working may be offered once you’re fully settled into the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth medication reviews and support medicines optimisation

• Deliver care for patients with long-term conditions in line with clinical guidance

• Prescribe effectively as an Independent Prescriber

• Collaborate with GPs, nurses, and allied professionals to ensure joined-up care

• Keep accurate, detailed records in patient notes

What We’re Looking For:

• GPhC-registered Pharmacist

• Independent Prescriber status (essential)

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in general practice or primary care

• Strong clinical knowledge and confident decision-making

• Ability to work autonomously and within a team

Additional Info:
This is a full-time locum role (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, 30-minute break), starting in August and continuing on an ongoing basis. There's strong potential for long-term work for the right individual. Remote working may be available after the initial induction phase.
