Role: GP Pharmacy Technician
Location: Nottingham
Contract Type: Locum - ongoing
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (30-minute unpaid break)
Start Date: August 2025
Pay Rate: £19–£25 per hour

This position is ideal for a Pharmacy Technician confident in a GP practice setting and ready to contribute to a busy, patient-focused service. You'll work alongside an established clinical team using SystemOne, with a strong emphasis on medicines optimisation and improving patient outcomes.

• Handling medication reviews and queries

• Supporting repeat prescription workflows

• Conducting audits and helping maintain compliance standards

• Collaborating closely with GPs, nurses, and clinical pharmacists

• Keeping accurate and up-to-date records via SystemOne

• Registered with the GPhC as a Pharmacy Technician

• Recent experience working in a GP or primary care environment

• Confident using SystemOne

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Able to work independently as well as part of a team

• A stable, long-term locum role in a friendly practice

• Great weekday schedule – no weekend shifts!
