Locum Private Client Solicitor

Birchrose Associates are recruiting for a Locum Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to assist at a reputable firm based in the Midlands to start in June for 6 months.

The Opportunity

We are partnering with a reputable, friendly firm in the Midlands to recruit for a Locum Private Client Solicitor or Private Client Locum Legal Executive to cover maternity leave for a duration of 6 months.

The Locum Private Client Solicitor will be required to work a minimum 5 days per week. Our client requires someone to work in the office full-time, although after the first couple of months, there couple be scope for hybrid working.

Responsibilities

The successful Private Client Locum will manage a mixed caseload of private client matters including:

• Probate
• Wills
• Estates
• Court of Protection
• LPAs

The locum will benefit from highly experienced secretarial support and other Fee Earners in the team.

Requirements

• At least 6 years' experience as a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive
• Experience handling busy and mixed caseloads of private client work
• Ability to work self-sufficiently and hit the ground running in a locum role
