A Central Manchester law firm is seeking a Locum Residential Conveyancer to handle a varied property caseload. This is a long-term contract with an immediate start offering flexible hybrid working and a strong hourly rate outside IR35.

This regional law firm is well-established with deep local roots and a strong presence across the North West with multiple sites. They're a full service firm handling residential and commercial property, private client, family, employment and litigation.

Description

The Locum Residential Conveyancer will be:

• Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing files
• Handling sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, and re-mortgages
• Liaising with clients, agents, and third parties
• Ensuring files progress smoothly to completion
• Maintaining compliance with regulatory and firm standards
• Providing support to junior fee earners where needed
• Attending the office 2 days per week

Profile

The Locum Residential Conveyancer should be:

• A solicitor, licensed conveyancer or equivalent with 5+ years' experience
• Confident managing a full caseload with minimal supervision
• Experienced in all aspects of residential conveyancing
• Strong on compliance and risk management
• Immediately available or on short notice

Job Offer

• Long-term contract, immediate start
• £40-45 per hour, outside IR35
• 2 days in the office, 3 remote
