• Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) – Band 6

Join our team as an RMN and play a key role in supporting adults within a secure setting. In this role, you will:

• Carry out assessments and risk evaluations
• Deliver safe, therapeutic nursing care in line with care plans
• Support service users in their recovery within a secure environment
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team
• Ensure the highest standards of record keeping and clinical practice

• A current and valid NMC registration and pin
• Previous experience in secure, forensic or inpatient mental health settings
• Strong clinical skills and confident decision-making
• A positive, flexible approach to working with complex needs
• Commitment to delivering high-quality care in a safe environment

This position involves long days (typically 12-hour shifts) with a flexible rota across the week. The contract is ongoing, offering stability and consistent hours.
