Job Description - Logistics Account Manager

Join Our Team as an Account Manager!

Join a dynamic Logistics provider, renowned for delivering bespoke logistics services! Our client, based in the beautiful West Berkshire area is looking for a motivated and dedicated Logistics Account Manager to become an integral part of their team. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity that offers a competitive salary of £27,000 - £32,000 per annum.

Location: Outskirts of Hungerford, West Berkshire

Contract Type: Temp to Perm

Working Pattern: Full Time (9 am - 5:30 pm)

Driving Required: Yes (free onsite parking)

What You'll Be Doing:
As our new Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our client relationships, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and tailored solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing excellent support.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts, ensuring timely communication and resolution of any issues.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement strategies that drive client satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitoring account performance and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Preparing regular reports and presenting insights to clients, showcasing the value we bring to their business.

Who You Are:
We're looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced: Previous experience in account management or a similar role is essential.
  • Communicative: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must! You should be able to convey ideas clearly and build rapport with clients.
  • organised: You can manage multiple accounts and tasks efficiently, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Proactive: A self-starter who anticipates client needs and takes the initiative to address them.
  • Team-Oriented: You enjoy working collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.
